The Garden Cottage
The largest of Park Lane's cottages welcomes you with vaulted ceilings and antique european stained glass to let in natural light. There are long leaf pine floors throughout with french doors opening onto your own private porch and deck. The spacious living room allows plenty of space to relax, with a kitchen area generously equipped with all the necessities as well as organic coffee, tea, and microwave popcorn. A black and white deco styled tiled bath features an oversized shower with dual shower heads.

Finally, sleep in comfort on the queen size OMI Organic mattress with 100% cotton linens and down comforter. The living room offers a queen sleeper accommodating a party of 4.

Other amenities include tv, dvd/cd stereo, microwave, fridge, iron, coffee/espresso maker, and hairdryer. Breakfast served in the cottage or on your deck.

The Carriage House
This poolside private cottage has all you need for a romantic getaway. Featuring hand-painted faux design walls, stained concrete floors and king size handmade wrought iron bed. The comfortable seating area is a great spot to read and relax. Large windows and french doors open out on to the stone pool deck. The bath features an antique claw foot tub. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, fridge, coffee/espresso maker. tv, cd player, iron, hairdryer. Breakfast served in your cottage or on the pool deck.

The Vicky our Tiny Texas House
The Vicky House is a Victorian cottage custom made from period reclaimed building materials. This one-of-a-kind work of art is handcrafted with all the charm and attention to detail of days gone by. It features antique wood interior walls and floors and stained glass windows. Climb the ladder and sleep soundly on the plush King pillow top mattress in the sleeping loft. The bath features an antique pedestal tub and shower. The Vicky House can accommodate one familiar additional guest on the living room sleeper. Amenities include tv, dvd/cd stereo, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron, and hairdryer. Breakfast served in your cottage or on your private porch. We are proud to welcome you to our first Green built cottage, a unique addition to our Green Hotel.

Additional Policies:
We have a $25 per day fee for pets staying at Park Lane. They must be crated if they are left alone. Please, let us know at the time of your reservation and plan to take them with you whenever possible. Our cancellation period is 14 days with a $25 rebooking fee.
