How this form works:
Once you have completed Steps 1 through 4, click "Complete Booking". Your Request will be emailed directly to the innkeeper, who will contact you promptly. If you encounter any problems or delays, please telephone the innkeeper at 512.447.7460.

Rates are subject to change and do not apply to city wide event dates as well as ACL, F-1, and SXSW.
RESERVATIONS
A valid credit card is required to confirm your reservation. Payment in full is due upon arrival and may be made by cash, check or credit card. All rates are based on single or double occupancy and are subject to change.
* Additional guests in Garden Cottage or Vicky House are $49.00 each per night.
* We are unable to accept children under the age of 16.
* Small pets welcome with prior arrangement only, a $25.00 per day pet fee will apply.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a 14-day cancellation policy.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel your reservation with less than 14 days notice, choose to shorten your stay, or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we are able to rebook your room(s), a full refund may be made minus a $25.00 rebooking fee. This policy also applies to reservations made with a gift certificate.
HOLIDAYS & SPECIAL EVENTS
60 days notice and $100.00 rebooking fee will apply for city wide event dates as well as ACL, SXSW, F1 and for guests holding reservations for 3 or more rooms.
There will be no refunds for early departures.
